Peter has been with HSBC Philippines since 2019. With Peter at the helm, HSBC was able to grow its deposit base, increase cards in force, and improve its loan portfolio. He initiated the re-entry of HSBC into the home loans market. He oversaw the formation of HSBC Investment and Insurance Brokerage Philippines (HIIB) to ensure the continued growth of HSBC’s wealth business in the Philippines.

Tracy Ignacio brings over a decade of professional experience having gained over 7 years of public accounting experience both here and abroad. After achieving her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from De La Salle University, she passed the CPA Board Examination immediately after. This has led her career to be an External auditor at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms in the country - PriceWaterhouseCoopers Philippines. She has also been a Senior Auditor for BDO USA, LLP and the Finance Manager for Fonality Philippines, Inc. After joining KMC Solutions as a Finance Director 7 years ago, Tracy Ignacio continued her rapid career trajectory and became the VP of Finance after just 8 months. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of KMC Solutions, the country’s largest flexible workspace and fast-growing Employer of Record provider.
