The Thai Baht is getting stronger and exporting becomes harder. The current economic changes can have a major impact on our stress levels. We have to become flexible and able to deal with change. But how do you cope with challenges out of your control?
Caroline and Craig will give you insights in how to deal with stress and especially in a challenging economy that has a major impact on your life. They will share techniques that help you reduce stress (some within 15 seconds!!) and you will receive tools to transform anxiety into courage to live life on your terms.
Caroline van der Weerd is owner of Ignition Retreats, A School of Excellence to Learn to Thrive. She studied Neuroscience & Cognition and after her burnout, while working in the corporate world, she quit her job, ended her relationship and booked a one-way ticket to Thailand. Today she is a public speaker and coaches people to live a happier and healthier life.
Craig Stuart is the owner of Reefscape Asia, a company that designs and engineers underwater restaurants and aquariums. After working for several years in advertising as an award-winning art director he decided to follow his passion: the ocean. When he is not building large aquariums or working hands on with his team, Craig uses the ocean to teach people to let go of their fears with the workshop 'Embrace the Ocean'.
