This training seminar will be held from Wednesday, December 4 to Friday, December 6, 2019 in Queens, NYC.

This 4th Annual Seminar will provide the attendee with up-to-date terrorism related information as it relates to recent world events and hostage negotiations. The NYPD will be host to an incredible cadre of world-renowned speakers that will offer invaluable insights into hostage negotiations. The seminar is being held at the new NYPD Police Academy. Due to the sensitivity of information that will be provided during this training seminar, only law enforcement officials and certified hostage negotiators will be permitted to register and attend. A formalized agenda and speaker list will be sent to those registered. Register early, as space is limited to 600 attendees.
