In this session, we will learn more about PasaJob, the country's first patented long-chain job referral platform that connects employers and jobseekers through the power of referrals utilizing technology.

Kristen (or Ten) Mariano is the founder and CEO of PasaJob - the first long-chain referral-based job platform in the Philippines. Ten deeply believes in the capability of the Filipino talent, and through PasaJob, he hopes to bridge employer needs with a qualified workforce, a much needed solution to our country’s continuing challenges in employment.
Currently, Ten also serves as the chairman of a manpower service firm, where he draws valuable experience and insight on the employment industry. He does this by leveraging on his extensive experience in Marketing, handling and growing various global brands, such as Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, Pfizer, and HP throughout his career.
Ten has received multiple awards in Marketing - winning the Grand Anvil (or the 'Oscars of Public Relations') twice; gaining recognition for the Philippines on the global stage in Pfizer by being selected for the Innovators Circle; and by representing Latin America-Africa-Asia-Japan-Australia (LAAAJA) region for the President's Award for Innovation.
