What is the PFIP Playbook for LGBT+ Inclusive Workplaces
The Playbook documents the best practices and innovative mechanisms undertaken by Philippines-based companies toward building more inclusive workplaces in the country. It is intended to be a reference point for business leaders from small companies to multinational conglomerates.
This resource envisions strengthened capacities for responsible and ethical corporate governance, following the lead of international best practices and global standards, and with respect to the Philippine's unique social context and policy environment. This compendium would be the first of its kind in terms of organizational research on LGBT+ workplace experience in the Philippines.
