Course Requirements
There are no pre-requisites needed for this course. Although, it would be good for participants to bring a planned or existing project to the course so they can directly apply the concepts and tools they will learn.
Staff, supervisors and junior managers who are new to project management and wish to strengthen their competency to plan, lead, organize and control projects. Ultimately, the course will enable participants to become more effective project managers who can lead projects with a higher probability of success.
