Kura Chihota is a Regional Property Consultant with global realtor EXP Realty. He has 30 years’ experience across most aspects of property investment and development. His previous roles include National Leasing Manager of Gensec Properties Pty Ltd, Managing Director of Kagiso Johnson Controls Facilities Management Pty Ltd and executive director of Leapfrog Property Group.
Kura's non-executive leadership roles include directorships of the Johannesburg Housing Company, Fortress Income Fund, Putprop Limited Conservation Corporation Zimbabwe and Africa PropTech Forum.
Mr Chihota holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Wits University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from DeMontfort as part of ongoing professional development attended the Harvard Business School Real Estate Management Program and the Property Development Programme at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.
He is the past Chairman of the South African Property Owners Association (Gauteng), The Property Association and the Johannesburg Trust for the Homeless. He is a current member of the African Union for Housing Finance.
He has been a guest lecturer at Wits University and the University of Pretoria and lectured on the Estate Agents Affairs Board CPD courses. Kura is a popular keynote speaker and Master of Ceremonies across the continent and has presented in New York and Phoenix. His current assignments include preparing bankable feasibility studies in student accommodation and consulting two funds for possible REIT listing on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.

Pangidzai's educational odyssey began when her family relocated to South Africa, where she completed her secondary education at the prestigious St Stithians College. This formative experience ignited her thirst for knowledge and set the stage for her future accomplishments.
With an unquenchable desire to excel, Pangidzai earned her BSc (Honours) from the renowned University of Cape Town. Her hunger for business acumen led her to the Gordon Institute of Business Science, where she obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management.
Pangidzai's commitment to leadership excellence shone through when she completed the Emerging Leaders Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. This program sharpened her abilities and prepared her to be a catalyst for change.
Currently on the cusp of completing her Master of Business Administration at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Pangidzai's thesis, "The role of unconscious bias in limiting women's leadership opportunities in the South African real estate industry," promises to shed light on a crucial issue in her chosen field.
With a rich and diverse career, Pangidzai has left an indelible mark. Her experience as a real estate advisor in a property management company, coupled with nearly a decade in the oil and gas industry, showcases her versatility. Her responsibilities in Retail, overseeing service station development, acquisitions, takeovers, and portfolio management, attest to her skill and dedication.
Currently, Pangidzai is on a mission as a freelance real estate investment specialist. Her consulting services are sought after by both corporate clients and individuals alike. Her dual passions for property development and women's empowerment within the real estate industry are the driving forces behind her unwavering commitment.

Dr Felician Komu is a retired lecturer from Ardhi University, in real estate,land and housing. He is currently a Principal Researcher and Consultant with Majengo Estates Developers Ltd in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Some of his accomplished research include ‘land acquisition and compensation, harmonization of land tenures, the Valuation problems in emerging economies, mortgage literacy in Tanzania, rental housing market study. Felician is a regular attendee to AfRES Conferences, FIG Working Weeks and World Bank Land and Poverty Conferences. Felician has been President of the African Real Estate Society, Board Member the International Real Estate Society, International Valuation Standards Management Board, and Tanzania representative at the International Federation of Surveyors. He has been Chief Editor – Journal of Land Administration in Eastern Africa and Journal of African Real Estate Research
