The last two years has given us a global pandemic alongside other forces that are fundamentally reshaping businesses—technological innovation, business-model disruption, and workforce automation.
With all these, leaders are faced with the task of helping our employees and organizations adjust to the new work configurations and environments. Right now, organizations have an opportunity to do more than just get through it, restoring the performance and work life enjoyed before the crisis. However, many employees already have a sense that we will not return to how things were before the COVID-19 crisis. Our collective responses to it will determine if the shifts to our business models and ways of working will make a positive impact or not.
Last July, we had excellent and enriching conversations on how companies can better engage their employees, with a view toward physical and mental health. This September, join ANZCHAM once again as we continue conversations and discover possible answers to the question, "How do we channel current challenges into opportunities to re-energize the workforce?"
HR Series 2022 episode 2 "Re-energizing the Workforce Through Career Well-being" will be held virtually this 28 September 2022, 2:00-3:30 p.m. (GMT+8). This virtual event will be key to the conversation of re-energizing employees by looking at how companies can take care of them throughout their career lifecycle. Joining us as keynote speakers are Sheryll Quito, Managing Director and Human Services Delivery Lead at Accenture Philippines, Atty. Arlene De Castro, Chief People and Customer Officer at Sprout Solutions, and Professor Nicole Sadler, Head of Policy and Practice at Phoenix Australia and Enterprise Professor at the University of Melbourne.
Mark your calendars now! Don't miss it!
