Maria Celina "Cel" Acosta is currently the Chief Operating Officer of ANZ Bank – Manila Service Centre. She oversees and provides strategic support for business management, learning and development, automation and simplification, facilities management, business continuity and security, and procurement. Very recently, Cel and her team seamlessly managed the return to office of close to 2,000 employees and continue to work ardently on ensuring that ANZ Manila maintains a safe and healthy environment for all. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, having been with ANZ for 11 years and prior to that, with other reputable organizations such as Citibank and Deutsche Bank. Cel is a highly respected people leader who values and champions collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery excellence within her teams.

He is a disruptive leader whose goal is to integrate innovation into the HR practice in the Philippines through technology. Gilbert is the Chief Executive Officer of PM Consulting as well as the Chief Take IT Forward Officer of HRTX, Inc. an enabling HR + Technology consulting company in the Philippines and Thailand.

He is a graduate of Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas, he pursued further education through an Executive Leadership Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and in New York, USA. In addition, he accomplished a Talent Management Certification with Penn State University, USA. Recently, he completed his Global MBA Program at Aden University, Miami, Florida, USA with the highest distinction as Summa Cum Laude

He has also conferred the honor of being a Fellow in People Management (FPM), the Society of Fellows in HR. His dedication to advancing HR has earned him a seat as a member of the Board of Advisers in the Human Resource Management Program at the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde and is also a Chair of People and Technology Committee of the Fintech Association of the Philippines.

Teejay Simon , as the AVP, Head of Policy Administrative Services, she leads Asia, North America and Canada teams and ensures that they provide an efficient full end-to-end service across all insurance and pensions segments. She joined MBPS in February 2021. She is currently an Executive Sponsor for MBPS Ability – an Employee Resource Group (ERG) advocating for the inclusivity of employees with or caring for PWDs. She hopes to expand her support to Manulife's ERGs.

•Has been a leader in BPO industry for over 20 years, with experience leading teams in various locations in the Philippines, US, Australia and India.

•Led all the Customer Care channels and its multiple locations at Telstra, a leading Telecom provider in Australia, prior to joining Manulife.
