We are thrilled to welcome back to ESA, Christian Gomez who works side by side with Marcus Buckingham. Christian will discuss how an organization can operationalize the concepts that he and Marcus discussed during the sessions we hosted in the spring. The focus of the book and Marcus' collaboration with Harvard Business Review is helping people, leaders, and organizations understand the importance of tapping into love in order to find energy, inspiration, and success at work, in life, and even in relationships. But how do you actually make it happen within an organization?
