Event Details
In collaboration with SAAFOST and the University of Pretoria, you are invited to join Anton Paar and two guest speakers; Professor Eric Amonsou from Durban University of Technology (Anton Paar guest speaker) and Malesela Mthenjane from Mรฉrieux NutriSciences (SAAFoST guest speaker) on Thursday, 19 September 2024, for a full day of training on various food analysis techniques: viscosity determination, particle size analysis of powders and oxidation stability measuring amongst others. The training is free of charge and will end with a three-course dinner sponsored by Anton Paar.
