Khine is the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Digital Money Myanmar Ltd. She undertakes functional and leadership responsibilities across the areas of corporate governance and strategic transformation that includes regulatory and advocacy engagement, business conduct and compliance, stakeholders’ management, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and corporate communications.

Khine is the certified Director from the Myanmar Institute of Directors and alumna of Women Corporate Director Program by USAID. Throughout her career path in multiple establishments and an MNC, Khine was also instrumental in a wide spectrum of strategic transformation, regulatory and statutory compliance, medical & travel security assistance, public relations, marketing and media engagement, sales and business development. Khine’s passion and enthusiasm in developing high-performing team has been the driving force in making her a forward-looking leader in the corporate sector.

Khine worked closely with the EuroCHAM Myanmar, AMCHAM Myanmar, and UMFCCI’s Advisory and Steering Committees and contributed towards the development of policy and regulatory engagements platforms with respect to responsible, sustainable, and transparent investment in Myanmar.

Khine is a Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Yangon and committed to the cause of community services. Khine loves travelling and is a fashion enthusiast

Kim Chawsu is a finance and banking expert in Myanmar and international experience. She founded K.Academy, a capacity building initiative to upskill the professionals in Myanmar banking and finance sectors with a focus on board and senior management trainings.

Kim is FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) from Institute of Chartered Accountant England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a dual membership with Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (ICAANZ). She is also a Fellow Director with the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IoD). She spent over 20 years working in external audit and financial services in New Zealand and London.

Myo Min is a Director at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), in Myanmar’s Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations (MIFER). He served in the military as an engineer from 1994 to 2006, before being appointed to be Assistant Director in the Office of the Minister of National Planning and Economic Development. He was promoted to Deputy Director in 2009, and in 2011 to Deputy Head of Office in MNPED (now MOPFI).

Myo Min transferred to DICA as a Director in November 2012 where he was responsible for the Company Affairs Division and played a leading role in the implementation of a new only company registry system (MyCo) following the adoption of the 2017 Myanmar Companies Law. He now represents the regulator in investment related matters in support of the Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC).

Nandar Thaung is a member of management team in taking cares of Corporate Governance, risk & Compliance, tax & regulatory, partnership management, and brand protection awareness in her professional experiences in combining of Laws and business management; she has more than 18 years of experiences in her career life in FMCG, Oil & Energy, Construction & Power Sectors. Previously she worked for METRO Wholesale Myanmar as a Head of Legal and Compliance. Prior to that, she was a General Counsel and Head of Communication & External Affairs; Regulatory at Unilever Myanmar which she contributed her best in Sustainable Development program for women and farmers in rural area. Presently, she is representing as a Group Legal Director of Europe & Asia Commercial Services Group of companies, which one of the leading local conglomerates companies in FMCG Sector. In her capacity, she finished her study at Institutes of Economics, Yangon Master of Business Administration (MBA) and extended her post graduate studies at University of London specialized in Competition Laws graduated in 2022. Her most recent crediting was awarding as a Colleague of Arbitration at Myanmar Arbitration Centre. She is also member of ASEAM IP association as an IP Practitioner. She makes her continuous learning at World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) at IP asset management on intellectual property rights.

Thaw Dar Sein’s practice includes advising on project financing, merger and acquisitions, labour and employment contract matters as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

She also has experience in corporate transactional matters involving cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, banking and finance across various industries including telecommunications, energy, mining and real estate.

She has been previously working at the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar for more than 28 years up to the position of the Deputy Director and has extensive experience in adjudicating the civil and criminal original, appeal and revision cases at the District Court level. After retiring from the Supreme Court of the Union, she admitted as Myanmar Legal Consultant in a Myanmar leading professional law firm. She joined the Allen and Gledhill (Myanmar) in 2018.

She graduated from the Yangon University, Myanmar with an LLB and an LLM and an MA from Hiroshima University, Japan.

She is fluent in English, Myanmar and Japanese.
