Recently, both regions were heavily devastated by two strong typhoons, Supertyphoon Rolly and Typhon Ulysses.

Get to know what it was like, the challenges, experiences, and learnings when it comes to disaster communication amid an ongoing pandemic and lack of the necessary communication infrastructure.
