NOTICE OF 22nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member,

We will be holding our 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Society for the Promotion of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Research and Knowledge (SPARK) via ZOOM on 21 May 2022 at 3.00pm to 4.30pm.

The AGENDA for the meeting is as follows :

1. Adoption of the 21th AGM Minutes held on 22 May 2021
2. Adoption of Annual Report for Year 2021
3. Adoption of Audited Financial Report for Year 2021
4. Adoption of Amendments to SPARK Constitution
5. Election of the Executive Committee for Year 2022 Term of Office *
6. Election of the Independent Auditor for 2-years term covering FY 2022 & FY 2024 *

Please note that voting will be conducted via proxy so please remember to submit your forms before the meeting. In addition, if you have questions around the agenda items, please do attend our Townhall meeting on 7 May (3pm). In which, we hope to update our members on the exciting direction and new plans for SPARK.
