Tom has over 30 years of experience in crisis management, personnnel and physical security, and counter-terrorism. He is a retired CIA G5 Senior Security Manager, serving 24 years managing large complex security programs in war zones.
Tom is currently the Director of Pecora Consulting Services where he provides consulting services specializing in security vulnerability and threat assessments in Asia and the US.
