The beginners guide for understanding, preventing and dealing with water & mold intrusion from a restoration perspective. This course is an overview of mold and water intrusion issues in buildings. This includes awareness and historical perspective, regulatory overview as well as some mitigation steps from the facility management viewpoint.
Using real life loss examples, a common sense perspective and integrating both missteps and success stories will ensure an enjoyable and informative class.
