MINDSET and everything about it has become a pivotal talk-of-the-town among prolific learners, change-makers, and leaders. Starting this 7 July, join us as we ignite a mindset transformation toward creative, critical and strategic thinking.
With the goal of helping participants create that pivotal mindset shift in the midst of any crisis, the LIGHTBULB SERIES is curated by People Ignite in partnership with ANZCHAM. Consisting of three episodes, this series will certainly bring out powerful shifts of mindset. These three episodes will be packed with compelling conversations, laboratory hands-on exercises, and lightbulb moments.

To strengthen one’s ability to create, recreate, and reinvent innovative ideas that can turn to meaningful outcome • PRELUDE: Orientation, Mindset Formation, and Introduction • PART 1: Mindset: Fixed, Growth, and Innovation Mindset • PART 2: 3Cs of an Innovator (Curator, Challenger, Collaborator) • PART 3: Lab Work (Think Outside of the CAN)
KEY OBJECTIVE: • To strengthen one’s ability to exercise proper judgment based on objective evaluation of situations
PRELUDE: Orientation, Golden Circle (Why-How-What), and Introduction • PART 1: Fundamentals of critical thinking (definition and behaviors) • PART 2: Pitfalls and Skills of critical thinking • PART 3: Lab Work (Pitfalls and Pitches) • Using critical thinking skill to make sound decisions
KEY OBJECTIVE: • To strengthen one’s confidence towards building a strategy for the organization along with other leaders
PRELUDE: Orientation, Kaplan and Norton, and Introduction • PART 1: What is your Vision-Mission-Values? • PART 2: What is a Strategy Map and how can you start this model inside your organization? • PART 3: Lab Work (A brief workshop on creating a strategy map)
