Course Description

Prosecutors are held to a higher standard because the power they exercise on behalf of their client, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Often the Rules of Professional Responsibility do not adequately address the challenges of representing the government in criminal cases. This course will outline your constitutional and statutory ethical obligations, together with strategies for adherence with those obligations.

This free Web Based Training is available to all members of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association from June 21, 2024 through June 20, 2025.

Group One - April 30th

Group Two - August 31st

Group Three - December 31st
