You do not need to be a member to attend & we will gladly provide info on who we are at IPAC, what we do & how you can benefit from joining us. Connect with fellow Indigenous medical learners & physicians from University of Toronto & the Toronto, ON area to grow your network & share the spirit of medical education.

- 6:30 PM - 6:45 PMOMA PresentationOur friends from the Ontario Medical Association will explain who they are, what they do & which kinds of support they offer to Indigenous medical learners & physicians. The OMA has resources to assist you in ways that our IPAC Mentorship Circle cannot.
- 6:45 PM - 7:45 PMMentorship Meeting/MatchingMeet one on one with your mentee/mentor. If you don't have a mentee/mentor, we will invite each mentor to briefly introduce themselves to the group & then mentees will come over & introduce themselves/have discussions after introductions are complete.
- 7:45 PM - 8:10 PMMentorship Roundtable DiscussionsIdentify mentorship needs for medical students, residents & physicians. Which kind of support is needed? Which kind of supports are currently provided?
- 8:10 PM - 8:30 PMGroup Sharing about MentorshipEach group to share their identified supports needed & existing supports.
