Event Details

Geared towards new officers and prosecutors, and those looking to hone their skills in the ever-growing number of impaired driver cases, a qualified panel of experts, with decades of experience, will walk you through DUI Trial Advocacy with practical instruction for prosecuting impaired drivers from investigation through trial.

Course Details

CLE: This course is approved for 11 substantive and 1 ethics CLE credits. A continental breakfast, lunch, and light afternoon refreshments will be provided.


Accommodations: A block of rooms is reserved at the Graduate State College. The first 25 registrants will have free lodging included with the course cost. Reservation will be made by PDAI. Simply check which nights you want when registering. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Additional lodging available for $100 a night plus state and local taxes. Class size is limited.


Registration: Click Registration button, or complete and return the registration form with payment to the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute, no later than August 16th, 2024. Prepayment is required.


Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 16th, 2024. Substitutions are permitted at anytime.
