Growth & Partnerships Manager
Hender Gercio (Hendi) is currently the Growth & Partnerships Manager for Denominator, the largest standardized dataset for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). She has actively engaged in DEI work for the last 12 years in various capacities (i.e. teaching, research, training, corporate, activism). She holds a Masters Degree in Gender Studies, and an MBA, both from Central European University (Vienna). She currently resides in Helsinki, Finland.
