Employed with Merril Lynch since 2019, Cheryl Berry is a Liscensed Financial Advisor with Securites. In her day to day role Cheryl educates clients about investment options and the potential associated risks, she assess individual financial needs, helping them to make decisions on investments ad plan for short- and long-term goals, such as budgeting for education expenses and saving for retirement through investments.

Cheryl is also the owner and Director of Programming and Events for Elderberry Group, founded in 2013. Elderberry Group is a multimedia consulting firm developed to establish branding, marketing strategies, and business development solutions for a broad array of clients governing many industry products and services. Cheryl has over 20 years of Media and Communications experience and has worked for some of the largest media and communications companies in the country.

Cheryl’s newest business venture, what she calls her hobby, is Our Brand TV, a platform meant to be an affordable space for creators to have their content viewed nationally on various platforms simultaneously. Our Brand TV will offer Live streaming on website, and across the most popular apps on both Android ad IOS, Facebook, Roku and YouTube Tv viewed simultaneously. The goal of Our Brand TV is to provide “Empowering content” to motivate, educate and encourage others to be original and their best selves. To celebrate it’s launch, Cherly is offering FREE streaming to a few content creators.

Pat A. Tamakloe, Ph.D. (“Dr. PAT”) is the President/Chief Executive Officer of GLOBAL REACH Leadership Institute, a Business Leadership Strategy Consulting and Training firm, and the founder of Tamakloe & Co, LLC, a leadership literature enterprise based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As an organizational leadership expert, he has worked with a myriad of leaders and corporate executives, from startups and small businesses to a franchise organization in the United States (US).
He is a business strategist, certified speaker, executive coach and mentor, team-trainer, author, and C-Suite Network Advisor. He co-pastors in the Norfolk, Virginia congregation of an International Church, and he is a doctoral program Executive mentor at Regent University. His work has included speaking internationally to non-profit/for-profit organizations, international radio shows, international schools, and business executive teams nationally and abroad.
Dr. PAT’s 23-year US naval service was in various leadership capacities in the enlisted and officer ranks. His executive acumen in multi-national strategic, tactical, and broad leadership expertise for business growth makes him an emerging leadership authority and change agent on the global leadership front. His unique business building strategies have transformed several small businesses across the US and abroad. Additionally, his passion for small business leader mentorship and development across all industry continuums has earned him influential positions on various local and international Boards of Directors.
He currently lives in Virginia Beach, VA, with his family.
