Tiffany Bisconer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, and operational management. As the Founder and CEO of Emplifi Consulting, she specializes in federal and state R&D Tax Credit studies and growth optimization strategies, collaborating with leadership teams across diverse industries. Tiffany's experience includes working with one of the top 10 CPA and Consulting Firms in the nation, and she now focuses on providing specialty tax incentive consulting services to help businesses leverage tax credits to enhance cash flow to fuel the realization of entrepreneurial objectives. Knowing that we are better together, Tiffany dedicates her time mentoring early-stage start-ups to build a bridge between innovation and business foundations.

Ms. Katzorke is the President and CEO of Venture Madness by Invest Southwest, a position she assumed in 2024. She has been an integral part of the organization since 2011, having previously served as Executive Director. Prior to her leadership roles at Venture Madness, Ms. Katzorke worked with the ASU Office of Knowledge Enterprise Development for over six years as a Program Specialist, where she was responsible for planning and executing a wide range of programs and events. Earlier in her career, she was the Program Manager for Entrepreneurial Services at the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, where she coordinated entrepreneurial initiatives and played a key role in organizing and promoting the Arizona Venture Capital Conference.
