On September 2021, PERSOLKELLY has published the annual Workforce Insights report titled: Workforce Of The Future


It was a survey conducted with over 1,500 decision makers from within a cross section of industries in 12 Asia Pacific markets. The results showed that Asia Pacific economies are beginning to bounce back, but up to 85 per cent of the respondents said that they faced challenges building their workforces.


In the upcoming session, PERSOLKELLY's Regional Director, Head of Operations APAC, Elvin Tan, will be speaking on the results and insights we have gained from conducting the survey. PERSOLKELLY has also invited a panel of senior leaders from various industries and markets to discuss their views on this.
