This coming 29 July 2021, ANZCHAM HR Series will have its first episode called Workplace Transformation. Key resource speakers will share their insights on the latest and best people management strategies and hybrid workforce designs, as well as insights on how to build meaningful work experiences in an ever-changing post-pandemic world. The speakers will also share their initiatives to transform their workplace practices, adapting them to build relevant workplace cultures and improve employee engagement.


HR Series episode 1 will cover:

  • Current changes/trends in the workplace
  • Best people management strategies to build a meaningful work culture to build a better employee engagement throughout the employee journey. Topics will include:
  • Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Offboarding
  • Learning and Development
  • Performance Management and Rewards and Recognition

    A highly motivated professional who is an invaluable member of the Q2 HR Solutions Team. She has more than 26 years of Sales and Client Management experience in Europe and Asia. A talented individual and a dedicated leader who builds strong business partnerships through effective customer relations. Sarah is known in the industry as a Networking Virtuoso, her rich network of contacts has enabled her to provide valuable assistance to start-ups and growing companies in the Philippines.


    Sarah, after over 22 years in the Philippines, believes that living life to the full is essential, plus embracing whatever might come her way, with a can-do attitude and optimistic outlook on life, her leadership qualities are all-embracing.


    She has twice served on Board of the British Chamber of Commerce, Philippines, and during this pandemic is finding it even more fulfilling to reach members and work with the team.

    She voluntary and actively served as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Springboard Foundation (SBF) until 2018- a non-government organization, founded 2002, based in the Philippines that focuses on raising funds to help the less fortunate Filipino. Still an active member and advocate.

    Sarah also actively and voluntarily serves as the Chairman of the Asian Students Christian Foundation for the past 15 years which has been caring for abandoned, abused, and orphaned children in the Philippines since 1975.

    She has been a constant figure and promoter of the British Women’s Association, served as President twice during the 2000's and has served on almost all positions on the board. She has just taken over as President of the BWA for another two years.

    She runs the Professional Expat Women’s Facebook group and believes that supporting all newcomers and making the experience a good one is critical for all the groups of which she is part.

    She has long been a volunteer British community Warden for the British Embassy, Manila.

    For most of her life, Sarah has been a 'people person. Since her early 20's Sarah has been involved in a variety of human resources activities - like staffing, manpower development, safety & health, employee and labor relations - in tandem with her managerial positions.

    During a 2000+ strong sales convention - by the legendary sales trainer, Tom Hopkins - in London in the early 1990s, she was recognized and lauded by Hopkins for her answer to his question, "What business are you in?". Other professionals were saying Finance, Cars, Insurance, Double-glazing, etc. When the mic was put to Sarah's mouth, she said "The People Business"!
