EuroCham Laos and Laos Mood​ are pleased to invite you to join a familiarization workshop on "Team Building". It is facilitated open air, in the shade of the delightful Lao Textile Museum by Kanchana, right in the heart of Vientiane. The objective of this program is to offer caring HR people, Directors and Managers a shared experience and an opportunity to understand better the benefits of hosting experiential learning, hands-on and bonding team buildingevents through exciting problem-solving exercises. The emphasis is on teamwork, communication, planning, problem-solving, personal challenge and fun!

The facilitators will lead participants through a series of fun "games" primarily in English and in Laotian as desired, with:

Opening STAR WARS, all together

Rotating games in sub-groups:

• SPIDER WEB
• BLIND MAN'S CURE
• WATER BALLOON VOLLEYBALL
• CORPORATE MAZE

Closing head-to-head "clash" – ALIENS, all together
