In 2024, the BHA issued 27 STAR awards to members that exceeded the criteria below!

We are now accepting submissions for the 2025 awards.

The BHA's Service and Technician's Assessment Report (STAR) Program identifies contractors that strive to provide the best product and service for their clients. Using direct comments from member clients, BHA members collect input and submit feedback through our online web form.

Each review must be dated within the calendar year and score 4+ Stars to be included in the total. Based on the size of your company, you can qualify as a BHA STAR Award Company for 2025 with 10-20 four star or higher submissions. All companies that meet the criteria will receive a Star Award Certificate and will be listed on the BHA website. These companies will also be recognized at our National Meeting in the Fall of 2026.
