At our program, we will hear Dr. Beth Schinoff, Assistant Professor in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, explore a framework of relational cadence, the extent to which people feel like they can anticipate when and how interactions with colleagues will go. Based on this framework, we will discuss how we can all more mindfully construct cadence in our own work relationships and foster it for others (e.g., those who you manage).
