By attending this workshop, you will learn about the various types and causes of dementia, the areas of cognitive functioning and how one is evaluated neuropsychologically, and the effective ways of communicating with those suffering from dementia.

    Dr. Jennifer Wilson-Binotti is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois and a clinical neuropsychologist. She is the owner and sole practitioner of Compassionate Neuropsychology, LLC, performing neuropsychological, psychological and competency evaluations with older adults in their homes and at facilities. She has experience working with those age 50-plus who have increased anxiety or depression, or a decline in functional or cognitive abilities, and sees patients at nursing facilities and in private residences when seniors are no longer able to physically leave their homes.
