Zero risk does not exist. The recent peanut butter recalls in South Africa due to elevated levels of aflatoxins have shone a light on these almost forgotten hazards and the fact that they cannot be completely excluded from several commodities. This webinar is designed to create/re-create awareness of aflatoxins, their risk to human health, and control measures to ensure that they do not enter the food chain at levels above regulated requirements.
