Registration Fee:

b. Regardless of attendance, all paid registration fees are considered final and non-refundable.
Cancellation:
a. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the conference after completing your registration, no refunds or credits will be provided.
b. This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the circumstances or the timing of the cancellation.
Transferability:
a. Registrations are not transferable to another individual without prior written approval from the conference

Event Changes or Cancellation:
a. In the event that the conference is canceled or rescheduled by the conference organizers due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events), no refunds will be provided.
b. In such cases, the conference organizers may, at their discretion, provide alternative options, such as virtual
attendance or credit towards a future event.
Personal Circumstances:
a. We understand that unforeseen personal circumstances may arise that prevent your attendance at the conference. However, we regret to inform you that no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, travel complications, or visa issues.
Program and Schedule:
a. The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, schedule, or any other aspect of the
conference without prior notice.
b. Changes to the conference program or schedule will not entitle registrants to a refund.
By completing your registration and submitting payment for the conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the no refund policy outlined above.
We highly recommend that you consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance or other insurance coverage to
protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your attendance.
