The 10th PFIP Anniversary and Philippine BAHAGHARI Awards Night is our annual celebration of PFIP's foundation, which includes the renewal of member companies' commitment to PFIP's Pledge of Support and onboarding and announcement of new PFIP member companies. This gala night is attended by over 500+ delegates from multinational and local company members of PFIP. Profiles include Executives, Senior Leaders, Managers, and LGBTQ+ high potential employees.


On this night, we will also be officially recognizing the nominees and awarding the winners of the Philippine BAHAGHARI Awards, which aims to recognize individuals, leaders, and organizations, that have shown exceptional efforts in advancing LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion in the Philippines. We will be recognizing the companies and individuals in the following categories:
