In his current role as the COO of Township Development at Sime Darby Property, Appollo Leong is responsible of township development segment that currently contributed to 70% of revenue of Sime Darby Property including award winning township such as City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja and Serenia. In all township development, it has mix of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. In addition to that, he is also involved in recurring income segment within Sime Darby Property such as Built to Suit Industrial assets, Data Centres, Retail Mall, and a few other assets as well. His role has given him the opportunity to plan for next generations. As an industry leader that responsible for over 100,000 homes in 25 active communities and townships across Malaysia, he recognises the significant impact and influence and he are determined to harness this responsibly to foster sustainable advancement in property development and built resilience community. This is aligned with Sime Darby Property Purpose to be value multiplier for people, businesses, economies, and planet.
Naguib Mohd Nor

Naguib is CEO of AMRACE Sdn. Bhd. and President of Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA). Naguib holds a BEng. Aerospace Engineering from UMIST and a MSc. Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield. He began his career growing a UK aerospace start-up, and then returned to Malaysia to build Strand Aerospace Malaysia into an organization leading the design and analysis engineering services industry in Malaysia. Naguib has been active as an engineer, technologist, and business developer in the global aerospace supply chain since 2000. He speaks frequently on aerospace and other technology subjects at global events. His deep understanding of technology comes through his 20 years’ experience as an aerospace engineer supporting the design and development of commercial aircraft and aerospace companies.
Ts. Tengku Azrul Tengku Azhar
Director, Digital Regulatory & Sustainability of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC)
Azrul has more than 20 years of experience in various industries including energy, healthcare, transportation, banking, and township development. He is currently the Director at Digital Industry Acceleration Division overlooking digital regulatory and sustainability. Besides that, he is a member of National AI Technical Working Group and board of advisor to startups such as JomParking and POMEN. Azrul holds a Master of Business Administration from University Malaya Wales (UMW) and Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology majoring in Information System Engineering. He is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and a registered Professional Technologist by Malaysia Board of Technologists.
Ng Yew Weng

Ng Yew Weng has extensive experience in the energy industry, specialising in the development of renewable energy generation projects. As the Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for steering Progressture Holdings' corporate development, business strategy, sales, and marketing. Yew Weng has a proven track record of working with multi-national companies and providing tailored advice on their sustainability journey. He is known for his ability to build strong, successful, and mutually beneficial partnerships with industries supporting the renewable energy sector. By leveraging his skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and communication, he effectively drives business growth and the pipeline of projects. In addition, Yew Weng actively provides thought leadership on clean energy and sustainable impact in the media. His experience spans the energy, technology, media, and advertising industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from the University of Nottingham, UK.

Pearl Lai also serves as the Chair Person of the Danish Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (DanCham). Pearl first joined Carlsberg Malaysia Group in September 2005 and was previously the Director, Corporate Communications and CSR prior to her current position effective 1 February 2022. She is responsible for safeguarding the Group's licence to operate while strengthening our purpose-driven reputation and engagements on sustainability (ESG), regulatory affairs, internal and external communications as well as issues and crisis management. Besides that, she represents the Group on the committee of the Confederation of Malaysian Brewers Berhad and the Carlsberg Huazong Education Fund.

Steven Rouche is a dynamic leader with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in general management and business strategy across Asia and Europe. He holds a Master's in General Management from ESSEC Executive Education in Paris. Steven gained extensive experience in Japan where he pioneered the distribution of Japanese lifestyle brands, and as Managing Director at CCI France-Philippines. As CEO of EUROCHAM Malaysia, he plays a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic business environment by facilitating collaboration between government bodies and private enterprises.
