Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be sent, in writing, to info@iahd.com. Please include the attendee's full name, organization, canceled registration items, and reason (if applicable).
Cancelled registrations are eligible for a refund according to the following schedule: - Full Refund | Before October 13 - Half (50%) Refund | October 14 - 20 - No Refund | After October 20
