Refund Policy
All cancellations and alterations must be received via email.
Registrants who send notification of cancellation 21 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $75 admin fee. This policy applies to all notifications cancelling conference registration.
Cancellations received within 21 days of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
AANZ cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses, of whatever nature (such as hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the AANZ event for any participant who is prevented, for whatever reason to attend the Event.
There will be no fee for substitutions or changes to registrations received 21 days or more prior to the Event. Substitutions or changes to registrations received within 21 days will incur an administration fee of $75.
