In collaboration with SAAFOST and the University of Pretoria, you are invited to join Anton Paar and two guest speakers, Professor Eric Amonsou from Durban University of Technology (Anton Paar guest speaker) and Malesela Mthenjane from Mérieux NutriSciences (SAAFOST guest speaker), on Thursday, 19 September 2024 for a full day of training to learn about various food analysis techniques: viscosity determination, particle size analysis of powders, oxidation stability measuring and other measuring solutions. The training will end with a three-course dinner sponsored by Anton Paar.
