This August, the Chamber will convene the SwissCham Roundtable Series, a private sector-led initiative with primary focus on establishing intimate and direct dialogue between the public and private sectors. To promote awareness on cardiovascular disease and help address gaps in cardiovascular disease care in the Philippines, SwissCham Philippines in collaboration with Novartis Healthcare Philippines is organizing a roundtable series.

The roundtable series has the following objectives:

• Define patient journey and pain points in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) management and LDL-c ("bad cholesterol") control
• Communicate the importance of sustained lowering of LDL-c to reducing ASCVD risk
• Inform the public of stakeholders' initiatives to enhance patient journey in meeting risk-based goals
