Refund Policy
• Registrations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will be acknowledged within 5 working days. If you do not receive confirmation, please email events@bmcc.org.my.
• Once registration is successful, you will receive a payment notice. Payment must be settled prior to the event to receive an event pass.
• The BMCC reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion.
• In the event you need to cancel your registration, please email events@bmcc.org.my at least five (5) days prior to the date of the event. Thereafter, no refunds will be provided for failure to attend an event, and delegates will be subject to payment in full.
