Event registration fee is non-refundable.

The above cancellation policy is a policy of the Board of Trustees. Staff members do not have the authority to override this policy.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance within 15 days of registering so you can have the best coverage. Contact Karen Chisholm at kchisholm@L3.org for help finding and purchasing a policy.

If you cancel for ANY reason, you will not receive a refund other than as provided in the Cancellation Policy above. The only recourse for a refund not covered by our policy is through optional, third-party cancellation insurance.
