Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Refunds are given up until 48 hours prior to the training/workshop beginning, minus a 20% non-refundable fee. There is no refund available if you do not contact us 48 hrs before the start of the training/workshop. No refunds are given for course sessions you are not able to attend, nor can we prorate a course’s cost for such missed sessions. A full refund will be given if we cancel a course due to low enrollment. Students must request a refund in writing by emailing education@generatorvt.com.
Missed Classes Policy
There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes. If you are are going to be late or miss the class entirely, please call Generator at (802) 540-0761 to let the instructor know.
Cancellation Policy
Generator reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class which is canceled will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a canceled class will be offered a full refund or class credit for the class.
