Refund Policy
For Membership, Premium Partnership, and other services invoices:
-Membership Fees are automatically renewed every January and follows a calendar year.
-Premium Partnerships: Please refer to the signed agreement contract related to the service being availed of for detailed terms and conditions.
For event registration invoices:
The German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) reserves the right to cancel a webinar, event, or training due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. In case GPCCI cancels an event, registrants either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event or a new event offered by GPCCI. For participants who wish to cancel their registration after paying the fee, GPCCI will process a refund or transfer the registration if the cancellation notice is received ten (10) days before the event in an email. Otherwise, a refund or transfer of registration will result in forfeiture. GPCCI will charge an administration fee of Php 200 (+VAT) will be levied on the refund.
For participants who wish to cancel their registration after invoice issuance, GPCCI will void the invoice if cancellation notice is received ten (10) days before the event. Otherwise, the participant will still need to settle the event fee in full w/o prejudice.
