In a business world today, being in a top management position might be considered a primary success for business women. But is leadership role the only option for career fulfillment? Several career advisors have different opinions on this matter, however; most of them agree that there are also other factors that can fulfill career needs. For some women, work-life balance is more important than high salary or power, while others might think work inspiration or self-development is most valuable for them. Such factors as passion, networking, and social status are crucial in terms of psychological aspect; thus, can be considered career fulfillment as well.

GTCC Business Women Networking's topic "Career fulfillment for Business Women: Is striving for leadership the only option?", will provide you the opportunity to explore ideas and share your opinion to others. With different perspectives and experiences, everyone can have various definitions for career fulfillment and after all you will find your own.

"GTCC Business Women" is a forum for business women to network with female leaders, expat business women, talented female young professionals and interns in an intercultural context. Together, they can benefit from this initiative by developing their ideas, gain even more professional know-how and participate in various networking events and seminars.
