GTCC Executive Breakfast Talk with FRANK Legal & Tax will give you an opportunity to explore the regulations of the entirely new Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") in Thailand, and its important issues that your company needs to address.

Our experienced lawyers will be starting with an introduction to the new PDPA, which will be followed by insights into its legal requirements regarding collection, use and disclosure of personal data. The PDPA was passed into law on May 27th, 2019 and will come into effect on May 27th, 2020. Specific ministerial regulations are expected by Q3/2020.
