Rabia Ahmed has been a traffic engineer at the Port Authority of NY & NJ since 2019 and is a Design Engineer for their Traffic Operations and Customer Experience group, which provides direct day-to-day facility operations support services to resolve issues related to safety, traffic flow, congestion, vehicular and pedestrian access, parking, and bicycle mobility. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

Carl Puddy has a BES from University of Waterloo, Faculty of Environmental Science. He majored in Geography, with a Diploma of Excellence in GIS & Remote Sensing. Carl has been with Miovision Technologies on the ITS side of their business for the last 3.5 years focusing in New York, as well as the Northeast US. Carl works to educate State DOT’s, Counties, Cities, MPO’s and Engineering Firms to utilize data driven technology as it relates to traffic control. Prior to that, Carl spent 7 years in the Satellite Aerospace & Defense industry with focus on Maritime for Defense Agencies, Offshore Oil & Gas, and Commodities sectors across North America and Europe.
