She is also responsible for analysing macro-economic and real estate data to generate high level insights on the real estate market across Sub-Saharan Africa. Her knowledge and experience spans all real estate sectors and includes key markets across East, West, South and North Africa. Tilda holds a Bachelors in Real Estate from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing an MSC in Analytics and Consultancy from Heriot Watt University.
