The CIF's purpose is to make grants available to SCACED member organizations for capacity building initiatives, development of affordable housing and/or other economic development projects.

This is a competitive grant process and ten (10) $7,500 grants will be awarded to SCACED members. Grants will be announced at the end of October 2023, with projects starting November 1, 2023.
