    Managing Director of Ernst & Young LLP

    James Adams is an experienced business professional with a 20-year career journey in the field of taxation. James currently serves clients as a Managing Director with Ernst & Young and focuses his practice on navigating the complexities of the changing federal and state and local tax landscape for his corporate clients and family-owned businesses.

    At present, James leads his firm’s efforts to transform its tax compliance process and the compliance process for several large corporations. Additionally, James continues to advise clients on a range of concepts that help manage their federal and state tax liabilities as well as implement and operate efficient business strategy-aligned tax and legal entity structures.

    In addition to serving clients, James is a frequent speaker for various professional organizations, including the Council of State Taxation as well as organizations seeking to provide their members insights into taxation.

    James holds degrees from Florida A&M University as well as Florida State University. James enjoys spending time with family and friends and is always happy to join a group for a deep-sea fishing excursion.

    Her professional career encompasses more than 25 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, internal audit, operational and process management. Gretchen spent 10 years in Corporate America working with several Fortune 500 companies and 15 years working with small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Fuller is a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.     Janita Green brings over three decades of financial expertise to her role as the Director of Financial Operations and Internal Audit at Kaiser Permanente – The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG). In tandem with her role at TSPMG, Janita - along with her father co-founded Greener Solutions Accounting and Tax Services, LLC - 23 years ago in Philadelphia, PA, and Atlanta, Georgia. Her dual roles highlight her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with a holistic approach to financial leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on experience.

    Janita's professional journey began at Mitchell & Titus, the largest minority firm in the country at the time, as an external auditor, and where she started preparing tax returns for high net-worth clients. Her path led her to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she served as a Senior Auditor in the Business Advisory Services Practice and a Senior Analyst in the Financial Advisory Services Practice.

    As a licensed CPA in Georgia and Pennsylvania, Janita is an active member of prestigious professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).

    Beyond her professional achievements, Janita is deeply involved in community service, serving as the treasurer and finance committee chair for the Grove Park Foundation, an audit committee member of Camp Twin Lakes, a member of the city of East Point's Civil Service board, and an active member of the East Point College Park chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

    Her resilience shines through as a two-time breast cancer overcomer, and award-winning professional body builder, while serving as a dedicated caregiver, embodying a multi-faceted servant leader who is passionate about wellness, mentoring, and making a positive impact.

He is a CPA and a Certified Tax Coach focused on implementing tax strategies and loopholes that reduce his client’s taxes.

    He is a product of the Fulton County School System (Benjamin E. Banneker High School), a graduate of Tuskegee University (B.S.-Accounting) and Devry University’s Keller Graduate School of Mgmt. (Masters in Accounting & Financial Management). He has been married to his college soulmate (Trista) for 20+ years and they are blessed with two daughters.

    He is an advocate for supporting his community by volunteering for organizations such as the School Governance Council, and Atlanta Technical College Accounting Advisory Board, a member of Prince Hall Masons, and mentors high schoolers on stock investments.

    Jason Wiggam is a founding partner of Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia. His practice focuses on representing individuals, businesses, officers, directors, shareholders, and partners in matters concerning the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Georgia Department of Revenue, and other state tax departments. He has successfully represented clients in the IRS’s recent crackdowns on syndicated conservation easements and micro-captive insurance disputes. Jason also has significant experience handling IRS tax settlements, tax compliance, appeals representation, offshore foreign bank reporting compliance, audit representation from responding to IRS audit letters through to IRS audit reconsiderations, if necessary, innocent spouse relief, IRS levy and IRS garnishment releases, penalty waivers/abatements, and lien releases/withdrawal.

    Jason has always had a passion for helping others, including those less fortunate. While in law school, Jason worked for a year and a half at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic of the Georgia State University College of Law. Jason helped taxpayers who could not afford legal representation with their federal tax controversy and collection issues, including responding to IRS audit letters and CP2000 notices, working to settle IRS debt, and releasing an IRS levy or IRS wage garnishments.

    His work at the clinic earned him the Highest Pro Bono Distinction at graduation, which was awarded for working more than 150 extra pro bono hours above the normal course requirements of the clinic. Jason continues to serve the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic as a current Advisory Board member and by funding the Jason and Allyson Wiggam Fellowship for current clinic students.

    Jason earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. While attending Georgia State, he was the recipient of the Outstanding Tax Student Award given by the State Bar of Georgia, Taxation Law Section. Jason also obtained an LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
    He was named one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine in 2015-2022 and a Super Lawyers Rising Star 2018-2023. Additionally, Jason is also a Georgia State Alumni’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2020 honoree.
