Giles has run over 267 marathons including running the 50 states 3 times, the 8 continents (including Antarctica, twice) the Abbott World Marathon Majors 3 times, and a marathon in 53 countries at the request of his only brother James Giles before he transitioned in 2013.

Irving Roman Jr. has been making waves as a technology consultant across various industries for over 25 years. Though he has served in many roles, he specializes in customer relationship management, business process management and business rules engine design, development, and delivery in the financial, healthcare, and governmental sectors.

A graduate of Boston University and later Kennesaw State University, Irving began his career as a technical analyst at Merrill Lynch, where he participated in the company’s Corporate Systems Program focusing on the technical and functional domains of financial instruments and systems. Using the knowledge and experience he gained through Merrill Lynch’s program, Irving served in various consulting roles at Pegasystems, Inc. and Agora Group Inc., where he managed the delivery and account radiation of engagements in several industries, including Government, Financial Services, and Insurance.

His past work experience includes being promoted to Executive Director of Global Services at Agora Group, where he helped initiate and owned technical delivery of the Public Sector portfolio with accounts in Federal Government agencies such as the Department of Defense and several State agencies. Irving also worked for Virtusa as the Senior Director of Emerging Business Segment, where he was the designated Practice Leader in the Digital Process Automation (DPA) organization within the Emerging Business Portfolio.

He now serves as the Digital Strategy Senior Manager at EY in Atlanta. His role involves serving as an Alliance Leader for Pegasystems Practice supporting the Government Public Sector (GPS) segment and as a Solution Architect over large technology transformation programs. He also works part-time as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Computing and Software Engineering at his alma mater, Kennesaw State University
