2024 AusCham AGM

The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 20 November 2024 at the DFDL office, Exchange Square, Floor 16.

Members will elect the governing Committee for 2024-2025 during the AGM. If you are interested in standing for the Committee or would like to nominate someone else, please use the attached form and return it to info@auschamcambodia.com no later than 4 pm on 10th November. Please state NOMINATION ENCLOSED in the email subject line.

Before being nominated, anyone desiring to serve on the Committee must be a member in good standing, with membership fully paid. Likewise, you must be a member in good standing to vote in the election.

Ballots and proxy forms for voting will be distributed via email by 4 pm on 12th November. Instructions for both will be provided at that time.

Members are encouraged to attend the AGM. Any member unable to attend in person may send in a proxy vote. This is a members-only event and there is no fee to attend.
