On Tuesday 19 March 2024 at 6:00 PM, we will be holding our Annual General Meeting at the Belgian Residence in Newlands. It will be a festive occasion to celebrate our new working year, to meet fellow members and to discuss the future of our organisation.

In the presence of the Consul General, Mr Mathias Bogaert, you will hear from our President on the achievements and highlights of 2023, and get a glimpse of the financial results presented by our Treasurer. The priorities of 2024 will be discussed and you will have the opportunity to meet the incoming committee members for 2024-2025!

Your participation in the voting process plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization, so make sure to join us.

Once the AGM is adjourned, you will enjoy a networking event in the beautiful garden of the Residence, with canapes and drinks.

This event is also open for the non-members, who want to find out more about the BCCSA and meet with the committee and the members.
